In addition to the Services notified vide Notification No. 1/22/2013- 14/DPG/GPGRAMS/III/1(2) dated 8'^ April 2015 published in the Official Gazette Series-11 No.3 dated 16'" April 2015 , the Government of Goa in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - sections (1) and (2) of Section 4 of the Goa (Right of Citizens to Time-bound Delivery of Public Services) Act, 2013 (Goa Act 19 of 2013) (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act“), hereby specifies the service specified in column (2) of the Schedule below to be a public service for the purposes of the said Act, which shall be provided by the designated officer as specified in corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule and within the time limit as specified in column (4) of the said Schedule.
The authorities mentioned in column (5) are notified as appellate authority under section 6 of the said Act. The public services as specified in column (1) of the Schedule below shall be provided by the designated officer to the eligible persons with effect from date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
